Appointments

At the Boston Spine Care Group, your needs are our priority and we recognize how important it is for you to be seen in a timely manner. In some cases, patients may require special attention or there may be a medical emergency. Under such circumstances, we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

If for some reason you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate your request. 

For a more efficient check-in process when you visit us, complete the New Patient Packet at home by:

1. Filling in the interactive fields
2. Save the paperwork with your changes to your computer
3. Email your completed paperwork to kgage@mgb.org

Please make sure the packet is completed prior to your visit and bring it to your appointment or email the packet back to kgage@mgb.org prior to your visit.
